I am thinking of going there for my bachelorette party, do you think it would be a fun place to go? I have stayed at ceasars which was ok but pretty quiet, we were thinking taj mahal since there is a club in it. Also I am thinking one night might be easier for everyone to committ, do you think that is enough time if we left early sat morning and returned sometime on a sunday??
ok lastly my MOH is 19 and my sister who really doesnt want to go and also has a crazy schedule is it a big deal if she doesnt join us?

Tara, I am going to AC too...March 9th weekend. I'm hoping it will be a blast. My sister is in charge of everything and I know she'll do a fine job. We are looking for a club to got to...Taj has one. We are also going to see a comedy show at Trop before hand. I agree making it one night stay over. I am doing Saturday to Sunday. I didn't want to make anyone spend that much with drinking, partying, and gambling. Hope you have fun

I didnt know you were staying there Marcella, you will have to let me know how it is, do you know what you are paying? I think online it said $104 per night, but split between 4 girls per room sint bad at all.
Are you guys taking a van there, my friend was saying that might be a good idea.
Marcella- would you want to go too? we are thingking either first weekend in April or first weekend in may depending on how many people can go either date.
Noone answered me on whether or not it is bad if my sister doesnt come, what do you think?

I also went to AC for one of my bacholrette events (i only took my 3 closest friends , then had a night out in NYC with everyone included)...anyway, we left staurday morning and got back sunday night...It was one of the most fun weekends ever...We stayed at the taj so we went to the club, saw a show, had a few drinks, played a little blackjack, went to dinner, did some shopping, etc...it really was a fun 2 days and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! It's not Vegas, but it's a lot of fun anyway!!!
just edited to say that i think it would be nice for your sister to come, she would have a lot of fun, but if she can't thats fine too!

I think AC is a great idea for a bach. party. I think it would be great for your sister to join you girls, but I don't think she should go because she's under 21. They are really strict with underage people and she will most probably not be allowed to get in anywhere. My friend and I went to the club at the Taj and I'm pretty sure they check our IDs. You should call and double check.

If you're gonna go - I would definitely stay at the Taj - because it's the only one on the strip that I feel has excitement - because of the club and stuff.

that sounds really fun! i hope my bach party is as cool. as far as your sister i'll have to agree with the person that said it might be hard b/c they check id's and stuff. i don't know if she looks young or not, but i don't look my age and they check me all the time. it's really annoying. maybe you can do something special with her another day, like go get facials and pedicures or something :)

We did that this past May for one of my friends...it was soooo fun! We did a weekend (Fri - Sun). We all piled up in one hotel room. Fri we just gambled alittle...Sat during the day we were bums and then Sat night was party time! We went to the Casbah...it was such a great time!! It's something different and I think everyone will have a great time! If your worried about money there are plently of cheap places to eat and drinks are free in the casino!! I say go and have a great time!

We did AC for a friends bachelorette.....did after hours at a club..don't remember the name. But I vaguely remember a man with muscles in a g-string that smelled like coconut doing shots off her navel.

Well my sister told me today she wants to go and she does have a copy of my license so i think she may come.
As far as the Taj for those of you who have been there, do they have any VIP areas or ways to avoid the lines if you stay there, i have heard the lines can be killer.
