AT&T is really aggrevating me!!!!
I haven't had AT&T for over 2 years (when i moved). Well first i got a letter saying my long distance hasn't been paid. ???? W T F ???
i call and they claimed they'll clear it up!!
Now i've been getting emails saying my statement is ready, and I need to pay my bill. So i email cust serv telling them i don't have that number anymore, and they tell me that 'your calls are being routed
through AT&T's network and that is why you are receiving bills from AT&T. You
are charged with basic rates for the calls you have made.' I email them that I SHOULDN'T be CHARGED for any rates.... I'M NOT A CUSTOMER!!!!
