From the moment I joined this site..i have found all of the reviews so useful..good reviews/bad reviews..they were all so helpful....

It's hard to post a 'less than perfect' review. Lots of drama happens.
One of the things that I used to find helpful was FMing a bride about a vendor or 2. 99% of the time, you'll get a truthful review via FM

I love seeing the reviews too, good and bad.. sometimes hearing about someone else's drama will help you survive your own.. I never expect a perfect review just because there are too many variables, numerous vendors, crazy in-laws, or other notorious family members.. or like in my my recent dream/nightmare.. your hairstylist and makeup artist, revolt when you realize you can't pay them..

I posted mine recently, it took me six months, but I finally did it. I don't agree that you can't post a less than glowing review here. It just has to be done a certain way: stick to your experience with the vendor, don't say things like, 'don't use this vendor' etc. and it willl be fine.

I agree.
I posted my review about a month ago. I had really good experiences with all my vendors though, so I can't complain.
I didn't say you cannot post a less than perfect review. I said it's hard to do it because drama happnens. And, I'm not saying it's 'slander/libel' drama, I'm talking about lots of FMs complaining about what was written, and even drama with the vendor in question...

Exactly, vendors call and complain to you about whatyou write. That's why I'm not posting about my Bridal Salon but I would be happy to FM anyone about the story .
