attaching vellum paper to glass???

anyone know how to do this..

I want to put our monogram on some of the candle holders in the CH

and do they sell vellum paper @ Michael's?

I am more than sure that they sell vellum paper at Michaels.

As far as attaching them, I'm not too sure but mayeb you can use Glue Dots or Glue Strips? Or maybe you can ask someone at Michael's what they think you should use.

thanks! im going there now
