two questions.... have any of you been contacted for your menu yet?? and when do you go for your license??I heard four weeks from someone and two from another.... I would like to wait till august 4th or 5th b/c I have no time for frolics with the bar exam this month have you gone for either of these?? when are you going, is it ok to for for the license two or three weeks before? isnt it only valid for sixty days anyway? thanks!
I'm getting married Sunday and we just got our license today!! As long as you guys can get off work on a weekday...there is absolutely no problem...
btw...I did my menu 6 weeks before with my hall...they called me, so I guess it is up to them

Hi there. I'm getting married 8/25 and was contacted re: my menu about three months prior to my wedding date. So I already chose my menu. You might want to contact your hall to ask them when you need to go in.
As far as the license, since there's only 45 days left to go, anytime between now and a few days before the wedding is fine. I think you're right, they are only good for 60 days. :) Good luck!!

I am getting married on 8/17 and have not been contacted about the menu yet. Also we got our license tuesday night but you still have plenty of time. I am also taking the bar exam and am putting all this stuff off for a couple more weeks so I have not contacted my hall. BTW good luck on the bar - in 3 weeks, it will all be over!!

I am getting married on 8/24 and got a notice for my menu two weeks ago and have an appointment next week. As for the license, I didnt get that yet. What do you still have to do?
