For those of you charting and using the BBT Method you must read this book. It's called Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler, MPH. I bought it a B&N for $23.95.
It teaches you all about the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM), when you ovulate, what signs to look for, how to chart your cycle and it teaches you to UNDERSTAND your BBT.
Did you know that most girls DO NOT have a 28 day cycle, yet all the websites out there reflect the 28 day cycle 10-14 day ovulation rule? I never understood how to read my cycle until I realized after reading and understanding my charts I am ovulating on the 20-22 day of the month. I've been on most of the websites like Fertility.com but this book is really quite interesting and is teaching me so much more about the body.
If you think about it. When was the last time someone taught you about your body? In 6th grade? Health class in college? Your OBG?
