We have everything booked for April 4th, but we didn't realize that that was the very begining of lent! Soo, I am in panick mode that I will not be able to get married in just about any church. I tried about 2 Congregational Churches, and now I'm waiting for the one I reeealy want, St. Marks. Where is everyone else getting married around this time frame? TIA!!!!

I'm trying real hard not to do it at the hall... both our parents are super relegious... so I don't know... OY! I never thought the toughest part would be the church! lol

I know!!! I did at as matter of convience. I am pretty sure an officiant can make your ceremony very religious

I am getting married in palm sunday at the RH (I knew it was palm sunday when i booked) but my mom almost had a heart attack, but then she got over it lol

My sis is getting married the weekend before Easter, but she is doing it at a college chapel so that she can still have the Catholic ceremony. I don't know if that might be an option for you?

I am getting married in late April BUT I went to a wedding on Good Friday. Which I think was a little nutty BUT my cousin had to get an officiant because no one could marry them in a church.
