Okay, so lets get started!!! I think we should start putting in suggestions and then we'll poll the results and have an official first book!!!
I was also curious to know if everyone would want to keep the book club on the boards or do you all want to meet once we have finished the book? I think it would be easier on the boards bc of everyones schecdule, but let me know.

dont pick twilight. i am on the second book and its become a complete obsession. I dont finish my work at night because i am constantly reading to find out what is going to happen. its the best series, but so time consuming and addictive.
i finished the first 500 page book in 2 days. once you read 2 chapters you are hooked! and you will fall in love with the main character.

You are right! The only reason it is taking me a while to read the 4th book is because school started so I have to fill my time with grading papers instead of reading!
It is a complete obsession though...just like LIW!

i think i would like to join. i tried to do this the last time we had a book club on the boards, and i didnt have to time to read the book. i love to read, so i'd like to try this again. put me on the list.

I agree, lets get it up today so we can officially have the book by tomorrow.
Anything is good for me. My neice gave me Twlight to read I'll just hold off on reading that till after we pick one.
OMG Nooo Never hold off on twilight its my favorite series!!!

ITA!!!...Twilight must be read immediately!! I know it sounds cheesy, but that series changed how I read books now.. I can't find anything that is even remotely as good!!!!!!
