stef- this one is easy!! I was lost once on buckets now I am one!
Bunch of girls got together at tgif last month
and made up an expression
BUCKETS
Brides, united, etc...... I dont know the rest
even chief lee lee no longer remembers! anyway they called themselves buckets

now they are a peaceful clan
hope this helps!

since then many buckets have been assigned a nice name by lee lee/chief bucket
its all in good fun

Thanks Tammy..that clears up some of it.

But what is the connection now? There seems to be a bunch of threads everyday with the word 'Bucket' in the title.

Im so confused!

Not sure if I want to be a bucket since I still dont know what it is.

Question #1: Why buckets? Did someone say something about buckets (like veil on a stick) that just snowballed?

Question #2: What is the difference between plain on LIW member (like me) and a Bucket except cool nickname?

Clan-Chief is very busy this week at office. Not too much time for much else...

'About the BUCKET clan...once upon a time, I used the word bucket as a description for something to Suzanne..and we loved it! Then, we had a small GTG where we repeatedly said buckets and then made each letter stand for something like 'brides unique...'--it all escapes me now quite honestly.
However, now we are a clan...I am Chief Sitting Bucket. We present peace and harmony....it's a happy clan....
I tend to use that word quite frequently in reality (no joke!!) ..I tend to say it instead of swearing...like, 'oh! buckets!!'. Cheesy, yes? But it has apparently captured the hearts and imaginations of many! '
