every stadium i go to... i take a TON of pictures. i have been to Baltimore, Boston and Pittsburgh. i can send you pics if you want.
you cant lose with going to any of those 3. they are all awesome. Baltimore is a ton of fun because there's a lot to do in the inner harbor (maybe 4 blocks away from stadium)
Boston is awesome because it's so rich in tradition. and EVERYONE needs to see Fenway at least once if they're a baseball fan.
Pittsburgh is amazing. beautiful stadium, friendly people... traffic ***** around there though because there's like 12 bridges going over 3 different rivers.
Washington i havent been to... but i want to. my best friend went there last season, and although he said the stadium is really nice... because it's brand new, they havent set up any kind of shops or anything around the stadium yet. so it's basically a stadium in the middle of a residential area, and he said that area... isnt the nicest of areas. so i will probably wait a few years before i get to a game there.
Hopr this helps in your decision!!!

Sounds like some road trips are in order... Colleen and I are going to Washington DC in April and I wanna try and convince her to go see Camden and Washington stadium... Even if not for a game most places offer tours for like $20

San Diego is one of the nicest places I have ever been if you include how nice the people are and what the beaches and weather are like... It was amazing... I went there for a national baseball tourney and stayed for 10 days it was great

yeah I also heard that washington isnt really built up yet. I have dont day trips to boston so maybe we can catch a bus from china town to china town and take a tour of fenway and then come back. you would think being such a baseball freak and having been to boston like 4 times I would have been to fenwey once but nope. So I think the frontrunners for us are pittsburg or fenway. FH has already done Baltimore and Fenway but he was with his friends and really drunk at fenway so he said going back would be cool with him. Each stadium I go to I buy a stuffed animal and FH buys a shot glass

the way i did it was... i went to an Indians game (Cleveland)... and it was a 1pm start on a Saturday. after the game, we drove to Pittsburgh (about 90 minutes away) and caught the Pirate game that started at 7:30pm. then we found a hotel and drove home hte following day

pittsburgh is not a 10 hour drive....i did it this summer and made it there in 6 1/2 hours. as for the actual city of pittsburgh itself, there is not much to do unless you like amusement parks....there is a pretty good amusement park just outside the city. FH's best friend lives there, so he told us stuff that we should do while we were in the city
mileage wise baltimore is closer, however FH and i drove there last week and it took 6 hours to drive there...traffic was awful on the belt and all the way down the NJ turnpike and 95 (taking 295 didn't help either)
as for national's stadium, the stadium is beautiful but the area that it is in is not very nice it's in southeast which is not the safest area (think the d.c. version of the south bronx)
dodger stadium is a nice park, so is turner field.
