Attn those on WW: Did anyone else hear this?

My friend told me the other day, that on days you get weighed are days you are allowed to go over your points and treat yourself. She's been on WW since Dec and lost over 15lbs, she looks GREAT! She actually was my inspiration to join again. I'm just not sure how true this is. Anyone else been told this?

Thanks

I think the theory is more that since you have already weighed in the points for the rest of the day don't count and you will still of a week of watching to make up for it.

I had a leader that encouraged weekly 60 point days so that you never felt deprived. You have to have the low end of your point range the day before and after the 60 point day. You will lose weight slower but you can eat just about anything that day and not go over the 60pts. It's great for parties or events or just 'one of those days'.

I doubt these ideas are endorsed by WW - but the plan has to be livable to be successful. If this gets you through rough moments, then why not?
