I have a dumb question. Our second payment (the one 3 months after you book) is due in July sometime. Is it my responsibility to contact them to give them the money or will they call me for a reminder?
You have to CALL THEM for an appt. My sister is booked there and she had to call them on all the dates when $ was due or picking of menu, ect. I don't recall them once calling her or sending a reminder.
I got a bill in the mail for my deposit, but it mnight have been the 6month, since my 3 month and six month fell 4 days apart.
You will get a bill in the mail. They did that for us.
For my second payment they did not contact me. I called them asking when it was due because I thought it was coming up and they told me it was due the next day!! They said they only send out a letter for the 25% of the total bill payment.
I had to contac them. I was late and totally forgot about it but they were very nice and told me to come down at my convenience.
