hi ladies! i was wondering if you could post your reviews of your stay at these hotels---i have been anxiously awaiting your reviews all week!!! thanks!!

I just posted pics on the NW board (not many of the room, but a pool shot)

The Monte Carlo was very nice. Nice place, good rooms. Nice pool area. Conveniently located. Linens seemed a bit old and in need of being replaced (they were clean, but you could see the wear on them). Service was very friendly.

BUT for your honeymoon, I would recommend Bellagio (especially if you are there mid-week, great deals then).

I also really liked Paris, and the Venetian (though Venetian is a bit up the strip). Check out those 3 if you really want a special place.

Those are 5 star hotels - worthy of a honeymoon. Monte Carlo is 4 stars.

We didn't make it over to Mandalay Bay - it was so far away!

lisa your pics are great---i love the pool shot--it kind of gave me a feel for the hotel!! we are only staying in vegas one night (we are spending 2 weeks in HI and 2 night is CA!)---now after seeing your pics i'd like to stay some more!

i loved your dress--soo pretty and that anniversary plate was sooo cute! nice touch! hubby looked great too-that must hae been so nice to see him in a tux again!!

forgot to mention, the one thing I didn't like about the MC was that it was LOUD. The walls must be really thin. When we were in the room, we could hear people walking in the halls - sounded like they were yelling, though they weren't. We could hear water running through the pipes in the walls, etc. The noises woke me up a couple times throughout the night.

I'm sooo sorry! I forgot about you! I loved Mandalay bay, but I agree, the Bellagio is much nicer for a honeymoon. It is much classier than any of the other hotels. Mandalay bay is nice and fun, but I have to say the pool was CROWDED!! Literally we had to lay out on the walkway. You will have a great time in vegas, I think it is perfect for a honeymoon. There is SOO much to do. We also went to the Ritz Carlton for a night. It's about 15 minutes off of the strip. They have a day spa there and it is PHENOMENAL...definitely the best massage I ever got!
