Augh..! Some People..!

IMHO (i will probably get eaten alive for this), its a wedding, not a sweet 16, you dont do your own hair and if u agree to be in a bridal party, i would assume every girl knows that.

Most bridal parties pay for it themselves, so i think you are already being generous. id be pretty p.o.'ed.

I don't really care how my girls are wearing their hair so that part wouldn't bother me so much.. What would bother me however is that they seemed to have no problem with your plan until NOW... Since these people are close enough to you to be in your wedding party I would think they would feel comfortable enough with you to address these concerns before today! That's the part that would really grate on my nerves....

I'm not requiring my BP to get their hair done and the way this economy is right now if someone came to me and said they couldnt afford it id be ok with it. Being in a wedding is a lot of money and some people dont realize all the money it will cost even though they think they do. Im sure she is not going to show up to your wedding with unwashed unstyled hair

No...please don't get me wrong... I TOTALLY understand the finaces...if you can't afford it then you can't...I'm not annoyed about that. It's really the fact that I asked them all over and over again if they KNEW anyone that would be able to do all of our hair. Everyone jus tlooked at me like I had a million heads and said no. Now, when it comes down to the wire....aftr I already booked everything...THAT is when they decide to speak up and let me know that they DO in fact know someone. That's really my only point... Now I'm just nervous that my hair girl may be upset b/c it was originally 12 girls...now it's going to be maybe 2 or 3...including me.

EXACTLY!!! That's my whole point!
I mean, if I had NEVER asked any of them, and this came up, fine... I totally get it. But, after I asked them for well over a year...and that I would rather go have someone that they know do our hair, please let me know now rather then have me go nutty looking for someone that is reasonably priced. I just don't get why they couldn't say anything to me sooner...
