Augh Sprint!!

Ok...so I am in the IT dept. at my job, but we also handle ALL the cell phones and computers and all that. Well, we had this one woman from Sprint that was our 'sales rep.' and she was just not doing anything that she was supposed to. So, my boss wrote her and email saying that he no longer wanted her to handle the account. Sure enough, he is having me call Sprint to inform them. (We did this through Verizon a month ago and it was FINE!)
Now, it's been 30 mins...a ZILLION transfers and NO ONE can help me!?!?!? How come no one there understands that the only thing I want to do is get that woman OFF our account and get someone ELSE in here ASAP?!?
