Aug/Sept Mommies-to-Be

Do any of you feel like you're starting to 'show' yet?

I am 13 weeks and last night, I felt like it was really obvious. I am excited, but I didn't think it was time yet! I did not gain any weight during the 1st trimester (in fact, lost 1 lb) and just this week I had to come to terms with the fact that I can't wear my regular jeans anymore.

I was off from work this past week and have not told my principal yet, but I feel like I need to burst in first thing tomorrow AM and tell her before anyone notices!

What are your stories??

I have a little belly but I don't think anyone can really tell yet. Sometimes, when I walk around the house with my sweats (loosly around the waist) and my belly shows, my DH says WOOOOW you can see your showing but in regular clothes (which I have to use a rubberband or paper clip) you can't really tell........Unfortunatly, instead I just look like I've been eating too much

Oh yeah! I'm showing, baby # 3 and I look like I'm 5 months! I had to tell work a few weeks ago, because it was so obvious!

Nope not yet but I am heavy to begin with so it will be a lot longer for me before I show. My pants are already too tight and my jeans are almost too uncomfortable to wear

I am nearing the end of my 10th week and I bought maternity jeans yesterday!!!! DH says I just look like I have a little belly - but I don't fit in ANY of my clothes!!! I have to admit though - I love every minute of it!!!

I'm in my 10th week and so far the only thing that doesn't fit is my jeans. Other wise everything else still fits fine. I'm sure that will all change soon though.

i am due aug 13th and because this is my 3rd preg. i am showing but not to bad. my pants dont fit comfortably so i switched to maternity pants and pants with an elastic waist. just for comfort.

I'm showing. I actually noticed it last night when I wore a tighter shirt than usual. I was like WHOA. I've only gained 1 lb...it's crazy how big my stomach is

I dont think I am showing too much at all,
I think I am the ONLY one that really notices.
I went to get a massage this weekend, and the girl had no clue,
and everyone says I totally dont look preggo.
I still have one pair of jeans that fit.
and alot of work pants and skirts that still fit thank goodness.
I have bought maternity clothes but cant wear them yet, cause they look silly, and my bum looks way to saggy, and just not comfy yet!!
BUT I am sure that will change soon enough!

I am 15 weeks!

I'm 14 weeks/4 days and I just look chubby!! I can only wear a few of my regular pants still...only the stretchy ones! But I don't look PG yet! I've just gotten wider and I feel pretty dumpy looking lately - I wish I would 'pop' so at least people would know that I was pregnant!!

I'm in my 17th week and I just look like I have a gut! I've gained 4.5 lbs so far. My belly is definitely rounder, but if you didn't know I was pregnant you probably wouldn't guess. I thought I'd be showing for sure by now! I just saw my doctor this morning though and she said not to expect to 'pop' until between 20 and 24 weeks.

I feel like i am gaining weight everywhere. My waist is getting bigger but it isn't quite a baby belly yet. I feel fat not PG. I can't wait for that to change.

Re: Aug/Sept Mommies-to-Be

I am almost 18 weeks and although I haven't been able to fit into my pants for quite a few weeks (gaining weight EVERYWHERE) a pregnant belly is slowly starting to emerge.

I told my principal (I'm a teacher too) at about 13 weeks too. I was getting chubby at that point and he is the type that wants to know news like this from your own mouth as opposed to hearing it via the grapewine. He has been really good about it (giving me double preps a couple of times a week), so I'm glad I told him!

Did you tell him/her today???
