Go for dress fitting
favors
go over ceremony with minister
Get the rest of the BP gifts
all the other details for the ceremony (thanks to Ang, I will be getting that done for sure)
tuxes
music
decide final flowers
table cameras
Bathroom baskets

what about you ladies??? what is left? what are you up to?

We have 38 days left:

meet with Priest to go over ceremony
make/print programs
get rest of BP gifts

meet w/ florist to decide on flowers
seating plan
get shuttle buses for hotel guests
meet w/photographer
get marriage liscense

I'm sure that there is something that I'm forgetting but I can't think of it right now.

With 47 days left I have to do
finaled the menu
Pick liens and cake
Pay everyone there last payments
Do the seat charting
Get the guys gifts
Get the license
Get more rvsp from people what is so hard to send them back
Go for the last fitting

39 Days!

51 DAYS LEFT
and I feel like I can't breath....Im getting so nervous that Im going to forget to do something.

We meet with the Watermill last night to review final menu details.

FH is so sweet he has been working on the menus today. I greatly appreciate this because its one less thing for me to do.
He even offered to roll them and tie ribbons around them.

I should be picking up the CD labels on Friday...so this weekend I'll finish putting the favors together...(CD's are thanksully already burned)


Seating Chart...I can just imagine the headache this is going to cause

Contact all non respondants...(after RSVP date of July 19th)...even bigger headache!!!!

Contact Hotel to find out how many rooms were booked...so that I can purchase and make OOT bags.

contact florist...(after I know final guest count and the exact # of tables we will be having)
review delivery addresses and all final details.

contact photo/video to finalize times and start loacations

contact limos to finalize pick up times for wedding and Honeymoon

Meet with Rev Phil on July 11th to finalize ceremony details.

dress fittings...for myself, BM's and mom

Hair trail this Thursday

Meet with DJ to review important songs...bridal party names and order of entrance...and do not play list

make appts for the day before the wedding for nails/pedicure , eye brow wax & happy place wax.

make sure all the boys are measured for their tuxes
purchse groomsmen gifts
finalize everything with vendors/pay vendors
make OOT bags and get stuff for the bathroom baskets
