August Brides

Originally I wanted a lighter color BM dress because I'm having a summer wedding but now I'm thinking about a wine color, do you think a dark color in the summer is ok?

Yeah, I'm having brown, but my dresses are tea-length georgette. Do whatever you want. Just make sure you like them and the girls are comfortable.

I'm doing a fall theme despite the fact that the wedding is in August. My girls are wearing truffle and the flowers will all be orange, yellow, red, etc. I love the look of it!

Definitely go with whatever you want :)

I think its fine im in august and my girls are wearing Claret Red its darker then cherry red but not as dark as burgundy i say go for it!

Do what makes you happy! I'm doing the blue in my avatar, and I would have done blue dresses no matter when we were getting married...

I think you can do any color that you want--I am actually doing light--but I am having a day wedding and I just wanted to make it light. I know a june wedding that is doing black and blue and I was in a July wedding and we wore black--it is whatever the bride would love..
