What are you up to... what still has to be done?

still need to book tuxs, print menus and programs, place cards, order an ice sculpture!!!!
Head is spinning!!!

I'm mailing my invites Friday!!!!!
FH is doing tuxes in the new couple of weeks
I have to start working on my DIY petal cones and programs

We sent out invitations before the long weekend! So now it's time to stalk the mail!! heheh

just bought photocardbox from theperfectcardbox.com
Just made a hair trial appt (same day as my first fitting- July1)

Need:

-tuxes...we started looking..hope to get that done THIS WEEK!

-must play list/do not play list and pick all the wedding songs for the reception

-veil/doj/SHOES!/bra/garter

-finalize ceremony readings

-cake tasting and pick cake (June 13)

-favors (getting wine so I'm going to wait on this until we know how many people are coming)

-seating arrangements/ escort cards (need to wait)

-final meeting for flowers and dj and RH

-pick menu

-cake topper (if we are going to have one)

-bridal party gifts

-parent gifts

I have my list at home, but I think this is most of it!

I am on Monday... Monday is also my birthday so it's a little gift to myself!! hehe!

OOooooOOOOo maybe I should do it Friday and maybe I'll get some responses on Monday that would be an even better gift! thoughts???

Start making programs
Start making petal cones
finalize everything with each vendor
See sample CP (June 10th)
Send invites (obviously)
Get guys in to order tuxes by July 15th (Fh already picked them out)
talk to the music director at the church
get RD invites in and send them (which also means buy more stampsssss grrrrrrr......)
choose all songs for RH & Ceremony
Get cardbox
Start fittings
BP & MOB start fittings


etc..... crap there is still tons to do!

Mail out invites
Engrave wedding bands/clean
Get guys to get their tuxes
Groomsmen/Bridesmaid Gifts
Make sure bridesmaids have their alterations done
Marriage Lisc.
Order favors
Go over music
Pick a photo to enlarge
Meet with all vendors
Fittings
Do place cards
Seating Chart

And.....Hit the lottery

I just sent out invitations a few mins ago ... still on the list is:

-- find someone to do my hair!!!
-- pick up wedding bands (should be ready in 2 weeks)
-- finish writing vows
-- have GM order their tuxes
-- buy GM and FG gifts
-- set up food tasting appointment (this month sometime)
-- create photo montage
-- choose all songs (procession / cake cutting / etc)

and so much more


ETA: make ALL final vendor appointments

- buy flower girl dress
- buy FG shoes
- buy FG headpiece
- order menus, programs, table numbers, escort cards- I need to wait on this though. After RSVPs come in.
- buy fg basket/ RB pillow
- - buy wedding rings
- - Schedule fittings
- Purchase parents gifts
- Send out invites ( in 2 weeks)
- Order favors - they are edible so it must be done closer to the wedding
- Continue working on the wedding playlist
- Write wedding vows
-Get toasting flutes, cake server and knife engraved
- 2nd hair and makeup trial.
- Final vendor meetings

You should definitely do that! Getting RSVP's will just add to the good mood of it being your birthday! I want to mail mine before Friday but I'm off that day (we're moving) so I just figure it'll be easier. I'm going to be such a bad mailbox stalker. I'm stalking my registry like crazy so I know this is going to be worse lol

My brother already has the half that's going to my side of the family because my mom wants them to be personally handed out. So we just got to get the other half for FI's side and friends/coworkers so we can mail them out!

- order FG dresses
- find a veil and headpiece
- print programs
- print menus
- pick readings
- pick songs
- print placecards
- order wedding bands
- finish BP gifts
- finalize shuttles
- card box
- print labels for favors
- print photo sharing cards

I seriously have a list of 50+ things - so this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm going crazy thinking of everything i have to do. Invites are just about done, stuffing was soooooo much fun.

i know i'm missing a few but those are what i could think of for now.
