My cycle is usually 28 days this month it came 27 dys. Is there any reason behind a change in # of days of cycle???? This is new for me, I am usually on mark. I am not upset or anything, b/c it worked out perfectly for my trip, I just wanted to know if this has ever happened to anyone before. Thanks

Re: Aunt Flo question
a couple months ago, my schedule shifted by a day (a day later). Don't know why - thought it was strange (and it panic-ed me for a bit) but now its stayed constant on this new schedule for the last 3 months (I'm on the pill).
I have no info as to why or advice, but I guess it happens...

So many things can effect your Friend. Stress is one major factor. I would not worry about it unless it changed dramatically.

Re: Aunt Flo question
Shamma I get a period every month but heres how:
for example:
April 24 May 26 July 2 Aug 28
So therefore I have a hard time with knowing my ovulation due to this but my periods were this way my whole life & I am fine. Maybe you are stressed.

Re: Aunt Flo question
Stress does not exist in my world...Roger and I ban it from our lives. I exercise 4 dys a week I do not have time to be stressed. I am high on life and loving it, people think I am on drugs to be this happy. I am just blessed, too blessed to be stressed. I did just quit the pill almost 3 mos now. who know, better this week than next week

Re: Aunt Flo question
Quiting the pill can easily change your schedule. I am sure your body is just adjusting to the new non-medicated state.
I can exercise every few hours and still get stressed. I wish that I had your way of dealing with it.

Re: Aunt Flo question
shamma it's probably just going off the pill. my first month off was fine, and then it started to get wacky. a day here and there, then a couple ff days late, etc.
Just keep in mind ...this is how I got pregnant! I thought I knew when I was ovulating.....and when I wasn't!

Re: Aunt Flo question
It's normal.
I quit the pill and after the first month was 27 days, on the dot. Then after five months my cycles got wacky and I had a 37 day cycle all of a sudden then 30 days and it's been screwy ever since.
There no rhyme or reason for it.
You very well might go back to 28 days next cycle.

Shamma, I admire you for banning stress from your life! I need to learn this from you!
