Avatar pic

Some of you girls have changed the caption above your avatar pic. I tried to change mine but couldn't figure out how. Then I noticed that all the girls that changed it had more than 1000 posts. Is that a bonus you get after you reach 1000? Or can I change it now? Also, I want to know how some of you find pics that have animation in them. Some of them are awesome!!! TIA!!!
