My FH and I are trying to arrange a budget. What is everyone planning to spend on their flowers for the ceremony and reception? This would give us an idea...Thanks

It depends on the size of your wedding but we are spending $1500. That includes 4 boutineeres, 1 corsage, 4 bookays, 10 CPs, ceremony decorations, and a flower basket with rose petals.

Im getting all roses (red and ivory) 5 bouquets, a mini bouquet for my Jr BM, my bouquet, 10 boutinniers, 4 corsages, and 12 centerpieces for $1300.

we are spending $2200... that's for all roses... included 17 CP and then all the bo-ks and stuff...

Our package is all roses and it's $1500.
You should spend $4000.....that's a bit much

I automatically figured that since we had a bigger bridal party...it would be alot of money. My friend spend $3500 and I didn't think she had very expensive looking centerpieces or bo'ks.

Wow I got an excellent deal then! Less than 800 at Sayville Country Florist:
11 CP Brides Bouquet(roses w corset ribbon on stem) 7 BM Bouquets(hand tied roses) 7 Bouts for Groomsmen Corsages for MOB MOG and Grandma Bouts for FOG, FOB Wreaths or pomander balls for FG's Some other stuff I can't remember

my bouquet moh bouquet 7 bm bouquets 2 jr bm bouquets 1 flower girl basket 15 bout-for men, dad, grandpas, reader 3 coursages rose petals 20 centerpieces
I dont think i am going to go with the centerpieces...so that will cut it in half

My sister spent about $3500 for bride's bouquet, MOH bouquet, FG Bouquet. 3 BM's, 4 GM boutoneires, 2 for the groom, bride's dad, 3 or 4 corsages and bouts for readers, etc corsage for groom's mom, bride's mom and grandma. 3 or 4 church bows, 2 arrnagements for the front of the church and about 20 high centerpieces, all roses. They were totally fantastic and well worth the $$ Oh! Also rose petals!

I really think it depends on a number of things - size of BP, types of flowers, high or low centerpieces. I got quotes that were more like $5K...7 BM's, 20 high CP's, chuppah...etc.

It definately depens on the type you want and if you want high or low centerpieces, if you are decorating the canopy..
I got quotes like 4K for high centerprieces (not too full) for 16 tables, Chuppa, and the rest.
I ended up with 28K for 16 high (pretty full) centerpieces, chuppa set up, and all the flowers - will probably be more like 3K since I want a bit more flowers in the centerpiece.

They say 10-15% of your total budget on Flowers and Decor.
We are spending @ $1700 total..including my floral headpiece, 12 centerpieces, 13 boutonieres, flower girl basket and wreath, 5 bo-ks, My Bo-k, 3 coursages, Ceremony decoration of Gazeebo and Aisle and cocktail set- up.
