I believe it ranges from $1.29 sq/ft and up.

No, my friends just used them and I am going to use them when we move.... I used someone else 5 years ago and i cannot remember their name for the life of me!

I used this guy called Noble Floor Sanding I dont have the number off the top of my head but he did an amazing job everyone comments on my floors. I paid about 1800 for the top floor on my high ranch, 3 bedrooms, kitchen living room and dining room, plus the stairs and both landings and hall ways with one coat of sealer and 2 coats of poly.
