I don't really think there is an average price for any of the things that you had mentioned. It depends on how elaborate or simple you want to go. You can get a $400 dress at David's and then go get a $4000 dress at a boutique. You could spend $500 on invitations or go online and print then yourself for 100 bux.I think everybody ranges depending on what everybody has in mind with the style or if some people are on a budget. I went middle-of-the-road because we're paying for our own wedding so we do have to cut some corners but I went a little less with my dress since i saw one that I loved at David's.

I have to agree with this. These days many vendors can customize packages to be within a certain budget you may have, so there are many choices and options.

Here's what I'm paying:Photographer $2500 2 shooters no albums
Videographer $1500 2 shooters 6 DVD w cinematic trailer
DJ $1000 includes intelligent lighting didnt need uplighting hall has this already. Hall also had plasma screens
Flowers $1500 only need large bridal party flowers & ceremony decor
Invitations pending but won't spend more then $500 for 120 invitations I never break my budget.
Dress $1900 bought it from RK bridal online cost $2100 before taxes in store so almost a $300 savings by going through their website.
Favors will be my photobooth that has video price is $850.
Keep in mind my quote is on the lower side I took alot of time researching and negotiating w vendors I don't see the need of spend 50k on a wedding my goal is to have a gorgeous wedding and have every perk but cut corners!

It varies so much I don't think there really is an average, with maybe the exception of limo and invitations. Photographers that I've seen charged anywhere from $3,000-9,000, and some with only one basic album, depending on how 'in demand' they are. Your best bet is to contact a few vendors for each category that you have to better gauge pricing. For limos I know the average to be about $1,200-$1,500 and it can easily be more if you choose, say, a rolls royce phantom. I remember 3 companies quoted me 1200 for that car alone. And for invitations It would depend if you're doing letter press, foil, embossed, and what type of paper etc. Those really determine the costs. On average I'd say they run about $6-$10 each, with luxury couture invitations to be about $35-$55 a set. So just shop around and see what works within your budget:)Edited bc I left out average for invitations :)
