i was looking at tiaras and veils yesterday. i saw some really pretty ones. what's the average prices for them. i was quoted 150-200 for both. is that reasonable.
Depends on the amount of crystals & if they are Swarovski (that jacks the price up- I'm sure). I paid more that what you were quoted for both so i'd say it's pretty good
I paid way less than that. I got my veil and headpiece for free from burtons...but I also got a second headpiece that I liked on ebay. It was 25 bucks. I was very happy!
It all depends on where you go. Barron's in the tri-county flea market has some very nice tiara's reasonable prices. They also do veils although I do not klnow about the quality, they charge about $65. I got my tiara at Bridal Fashion Mall.com it was $69 and absolutely beautiful. Keep looking around because you can probably do better on the tiara. As far as the veil you may have to end up spending up to $200. Good luck

My sister in law paid over $700 for her tiara alone. It makes me want to use it myself so at least it gets more use. IMO it was a waste of money. Though I have seen companies that now transform tiaras into jewelry.
I had my tiara custom made for $270 and they gave me a custom made veil for free!
