the tip can be anywhere from $3-6 per person...most ppl i see stay within 3-5 per person...i guess just depends on what you feel comfortable giving and the service you received.
Did you go for your final menu? if so they will give you an estimate based on your info on a suggested tip

Most RH's 'suggest' $3-$5 pp. So for 175 people I'd personally would give about $650-$700

i got a lower quote my recption hall told me $2-$3 per person were having 150 people. My cousin was told 3-5 and she hadd 300people and they told her only 500. so use your judgement if they do a good job more if not less.
