We are about to begin our tux search!!! What are some average tux prices that you girls have gotten??

i think our guys paid about $150..... we got them from after hours.... we upgraded a little bit to the tommy hilfiger ones because the material was so much lighter and our wedding was the end of june and it was hot, so the guys wanted to be comfy.... i've seen anywhere from $100-$200 as average.....

Don't just focus on the best price. Do a search for Tuxes on here and check out reviews from past brides. Some people have had nightmare experiences with some tuxedo shops you may be considering. I can vouch for VIP formals in Massapequa for one. They were about $130 each and they delivered everything we wanted. The tuxedos were on the premises and they did alterations in the shop.

you can buy one at Syms for a little more than it costs to rent them. my BIL got a Ralph Lauren tux for his wedding and spent $200 at Syms, and that included the shirt AND shoes!
