Avoiding My Research Proposal....HELP! :)

I'm sitting here supposedly working on my research proposal for my masters and I am doing anything/everything to avoid it (washing dishes, dusting furniture, straightening my desk, organizing presents, making lists of presents).

We have off of school today for Immaculate Conception & my plan all day was to work my *** off. So NOT happening so far.

I need some motivation!!!
