aw I feel bad for FH

one of his coworkers who we thought was going to be a GM isn't anymore. FH had asked him a while back when he was kinda tipsy, and he had tipsily said yes. And now FH asked him for real to clarify 'you never told me if you wanted to be in the WP' and he responded that as much as it's appreciated he's prefer not to be and that he was sorry. He doesn't really know any of FHs friends so he thinks he may feel awkward. I feel kinda bad

Yea but maybe it's for the best - if he isnt in it to win it, it might cause problems down the line.

It was super smart of your FH to ask him again just to make sure, that was a great idea.

he was drunk and so he wanted to do it
but wasn't thinking clearly as to what it all entailed

... its better than he isnt in the WP

better your FH get someone will be thrilled...then someone who is gonna be a debbie downer

Awwwww :o( but I can so relate we are having trouble with one of daves gm and he lives beind dave oy. One min he was ok being bm and then backed out last year saying he didn't know me well enough to be bm he said he would still be a gm. Yeah dave can't get in touch with him for weeks now.
