no pics as its being made for me! as some of the original girls may remember, i'm not exactly 'wedding' appropriate, meaning i pretty much want things that arent typically wedding. we only saw one venue, one photographer, one videographer, that whole deal. so i found a designer who i loved but was in california. i've been dreading going dress shopping because i havent found anything i liked, i randomly check her blog and turns out she was going to by in NYC for a wedding she was shooting (she's also a photographer) and was doing a private trunk show out of her hotel! so mom and i went to the W tuscany yesterday for a private trunk show/consultation with the designer! i didnt know what to expect but it was amazing. best part, i mentioned to her that i've been losing weight (15lbs thanks to being scared to eat anything bc of my gallbladder lol) and she tells me 'well i'm only going to start making your dress in january, and i've never been to nyc in the winter, so i was planning a trip anyway, we'll just meet up again and redo your measurements'
cant get much better than that! her website is stephanie james couture.com, obv no spaces, and its kinda hard to describe my dress because its a combination of a few designs, but its very similar to the audry dress.
