Awesome Diet I found!!!!! From Shape Bride...

And its been approved by my PT brother. He says its good b/c it prevents you from over eating. And normally my brother poos on any diet I show him

Shape Bride lose 10/15/20 lbs in 8 weeks

I'm so there!!!! I just want to be toned thats all. I'll team this up with my work out and hopefully I get to my goal.

Just wanted to share. If you want to try this together we can!!!

And its friggin easy to follow too. They literally break everything down! Like they give you the calories of everything, recipes, snack and meals on the go EVERYTHING. I'm totally doing this. Making my shopping list NOW.

Yes!!! Its is! I bought it yesterday and its actually a really good magazine. I read shape normally, but this was super great b/c they have workouts specifically for us!
