Awesomely bad bands/groups I actually miss:

NKOTB...they had the right stuff.
Milli Vanilli..blame it on the rain.
'NSYNC...dirty pop.
BoyzIIMen...they introduced a lot of white girls to jungle fever.
Van Halen...JUMP was my absolute favorite song when I was a kid.
Kids INC....i know it was a TV show...but still.
Wilson Phillips...sorry.
Ace of Base...catchy dance beats...and I don't dance.

There are more, but I would be here all night.

Air Supply...seeing them at 2am on the new 70s soft rock CD infomercial is a real tease.
Journey...still faithfully theirs
Huey Lewis and the News...b/c it is hip to be square.
NYSNC - I heart you JT'lake!
Culture Club - I'll tumble for ya!

Last but not least, I'm waiting for Brit to make the biggest pop come back there ever was.

I happen to agree on the Van Halen as an awesome band, and technically they are still around and touring, it's just a matter of which lead singer is with them!
