A close friend of mine just emailed me to ask if she could throw me a bachelorette party since I only have my 2 cousins in my wedding party & one is in California & one is only 16 & moving from NJ to MA.
That was soo cool
. now I feel a little bad that I didn't have her in my bridal party, but I couldn't open the 'friends' can of worms.

That is sweet. Congrats. And don't feel bad. People have to understand how difficult it is to include everyone in their weddings. It gets complicated.
But have you thought about having her do something in your wedding...maybe a reading? or if you are getting married in a church, bringing the gifts up?

There are a bunch of people in the running for those jobs.LOL.
We are geting married in an Episcopal church, but with no Communion. Ands this friend isn't religious & would probbaly feel uncomfortable doing that. Not sure how she would feel about reading, but I think we need 2 or 3 & we are so far considering our godmothers, the friend that introduced us & the friend whose wedding i was in & another close friend who is our only Episcopalian friend. ( she is helping out with the bachelroette party)
My brother & 2 cousins are being considered for program giver-outers. We weren't planning on doing bubbles or anything like that, but maybe I should so people can hand them out!
