he is running around and tying up traffic! poor guy!!!

the dog getting hit was on channel 5

He's caught & safe & they said he hurt his right paw, but he was still running around. He seems to be okay.

They had it on for about 10 minutes with him running back/forth.

YEAAAAAAAAAA doggie is safe.

I get so ticked off when I see animals running loose on the streets .. far too many in my opinion .. especially cats.

I can not for the life of me understand why it's considered 'okay' to let a cat run loose outside. I just do NOT believe in 'outdoor cats' .. I consider that to be cruel.

Thank goodness the dog is okay .. I hope he finds his way back to his home (if it's truely a good one) .. otherwise I hope he gets a great new home.
