awwww...my poor mom....kind of funny [dress drama]

so in april she had a stroke and while she's doing better, all the meds have made her weak...and frustrated....so the other day she calls me and we're talking and she tells me that her left eye will get stuck shut and she has to take her hand and open it....i felt so bad...but later it kind of made me laugh...


anyway...as of this past weekend, she still had no dress for my wedding in 9.5 days...so i called her to see if she had one now.....

MOM: well, i have one but i am not wearing it. i know it's summer, but i need sleeves.
ME: yeah, it can get cold in the hall with the major A/C blowing
MOM: well, i don't get cold...i'm covered in bruises. i look like someone has been beating me up. i don't want people to see it.

haha...turns out that the blood thinner makes her extrememly susceptible to bruising and if you hold her arm with the slightest force she bruises, if she does anything she bruises.....i felt bad for her, but honestly, i was dying laughing on the inside. so now she's going to try to find a sleeved dress....my poor mom...


just had to share. it was too cute listening to her tell the stories of each bruise.

nah, life's too short to stress it.

my mom is so cute though...if you could've heard her tell the story...

awwww....i feel so bad for her...my mom doens't have those medical issues, yet she bruises very easily also...she's always saying, i wonder where i got that bruise from...good luck!!!

If she starts giving each bruise a name and personality, I'd start to worry.
