B list?

We kinda had a B list but didn't plan on using it. Right now we're going to be very close to our min. so I'm afraid of people cancelling the week of and it being under our min.

If we invite extra people it would be from FH's work (8), my work (8), and 2 people who asked if they could bring a guest lol.

How did you handle inviting people after your RSVP deadline? Most I know won't care and I would have originally invited them but then it could have gotten out of control and the line had to be drawn somewhere.

I would start with the 2 asking to bring a guest. 8 people from both of your jobs is a lot of people. Also your RSVP date just passed. I gave it a week for some late responses and then went to the B-list and started calling people.
