Our RSVP date is September 14. When is the last day we can send out B list invites without being completely obvious? I'm thinking Monday is probably the cut-off. What do you all think?

Re: B list question
i think you could give it another week - like make sure they arrive by the 21st that gives you still 3.5 weeks before your RSVP

Re: B list question
I am not doing a B list, but I think Monday is about the last day you could send them without being obvious - a month before is still a decent amount of time before to get an invite.

We had to do a B list. Our room only holds 130, so we couldn't risk sending all of the invites at the same time and pissibly face going over room capacity. Can you imagine that awkward phone call? 'Hi, I know we invited you to the wedding, but we're over our room capacity, so you can't come.'

No, that would definitely not be good! They keep telling me my room is more than big enough for the number of people we invited, but I am a little nervous about it. When we booked, we thought we wouldn't invite more than 120 and wound up inviting 180 (I'm counting on that 20% 'no' rate )
