B-maids, MOH and dress

Hello everyone! I am new to this website as of yesterday. I just recently got engaged. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to ask the bridesmaid and maid of honor to be in your wedding party. I wanted some different ideas if possible. If anyone has any please help. Just been thinking about it.
What do you think of kleinfeld's? Anyone been or gotten a dress there? I was looking through some magazines and saw some dresses that were gorgeous.

Welcome on board and Congratulations! There are lots of different ways to ask, they have cards that manufacturers print up that you can give to them; you can take them out to a nice dinner; you can get them a 'bridesmaid t-shirt' and have them open it as a gift; The skies the limit!

Congrats and welcome! I asked my friend to be a MOH last month on her birthday. I took her out to eat at her favorite place (Red Lobster) and gave her a birthday card and at the end I wrote P.S. Would you be my MOH??? She was hysterical crying. She just thought it was a regular birthday card.

There are a lot of cards out there that you can use. One of my friends had a special message on video and had asked her bridal party to come over for a get together and she played the video for them. It was really cute.
