any of you ladies have an FH who told you NOT to do them? I thought about doing them.. honestly, more for me than for him (I want to feel good about myself) but he told me not to do them, because he thinks they'll be posted online and doesn't like that.
anyone else have an FH that doesn't want you to do them?

ETA: FH said he wants to take them of me. That he doesn't want anyone having rights to my proofs and I end up like Ellen Griswold in National Lampoon Vacation.

i actually had a friend take pictures for me ... they came out pretty good (though out of 150 pictures, only about 20 were good)

yea I told him I wanted to do that with my friend, who is a semi-prof photog and he still said no.

I told my wife to do whatever. And if they get posted online, people will just see that I have a hot wife.
Tell him to stop being so sensitive.

I didn't even ask FH, I did them partially for him as a present, and partially for myself. If FH doesn't like them - well too bad!!

my DH said no too. he didnt want a photog (either a man or a woman) seeing me like that and he didnt want them posted online either. i can respect his reasons.

DH didn't want me to take them. He said he thought it was weird someone taking pictures of me like that and, while he would enjoy them, we can't exactly hang them on the wall.
I still want to do them. I'm considering it for a 1st anniversary gift. Maybe I'm just incredibly vain, but like you said I want to do it for me, too!

It's weird cause my FH is super conservative most of the time and he's like 'when are you gonna take those photos?' LOL I only ever brought it up to feel out how he felt about the idea and He's allll about the b-pics. I really didn't think he was going to like the idea.

you can sign something so that they wont be posted online. i just did this today. i dont want it posted online. i wont even post it here.
i actually slipped and told dino about it. he thought it was cool and was happy about it.

fh didnt want me doing them, but i showd him some pics and assured him if i ever did do them (which i did lol) itd be with a female photographer

My FH has no idea they exist. He obvi knows naughty pics lol, but not that bride-to-bes do them as wedding gifts

i did b pics more for myself, ive always wanted to get my makeup done and feel like a star. I did them and i love them. I went with Jenn from Jenerations and you dont have to wear things that make you uncomfortable first of all and secondly, she will not post anything w/o permission so you are assured your pics wont go anywhere w/o approval. I had fun planning for the pics and taking them and it was worth every penny. =) if you really wanna do it, go for it!!! you live once!
