im like hysterically crying right now.....i ordered the flower flip flops and told them my 2nd choice was butterflies.....I was just going to keep them and decided to give them a call and find out y i got the palm trees. I am not a person to cause a problem EVER. the normal thing for me is to just keep the palm trees and s*ck it up. The one time i try to stick up for myself the guy was screaming at me and harrassing me and saying things like 'people like you'. I told him that i understand the contract and will keep them, but he continued screaming at me. At one point I just hung up and now he has been calling me and harrassing and wont stop. Im hysterical right now and dont know what to do!!!

omg I am so sorry you have to deal with this.
This is the 2nd time I have read some thing like this within a week about this website. I would say file a complaint with the better business bureau.

OMG! That is horrible! I'm so sorry this happened to you. I would try to see if there is a supervisor you could speak with instead of the guy that is harrassing you. Also, you should report them to the BBB.

It kind of makes me feel a little better that im not the only one.....but my phone is still ringing and im afraid to answer my own phone. Do you happen to know the other person???

i would pick up the phone and ask to speak to his supervisor.
if he hangs up on you when you ask him for this, call back and ask for the supervisor again.
no one has the right to harass anyone else like that.
if when you called you were calm and collected, there is no reason for this a**hole to treat you like this!
i would ask for a refund!

OMG....I am so sorry this is happening to you. This guy seems to be a real nut, there have been so many postings about him screaming at customers. I hope everything turns out ok for you.

Other postings have said that he is the owner. I would hate to see what he allows his employees to do to customers.

Definately contact the BBB, this is the 3rd posting I've seen THIS month about that guy.

I would say start recording the times he calls and record the call. (If calling via landline record with your cell phone. And if calling your cell phone get someone else with a cell to help out. Just put them on Speakerphone) That way you have solid proof that this guy is harassing you.

This guy is out of control from what i'm reading!

Are you freaking kidding? Youre the 3rd bride to relay a story like this! Immediately report him to the BBB and call your phone co to report him for harrassment. I feel like calling tomorrow just to screww w him. Im evil. He wont mess w me.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I wasn't going to do anything but the fact that he continued to call and harrass me and that he did it to those other girls as well.
