We haven't done our annoucements yet, we were planning on ordering them this week. But now I'm wondering if we should just wait 2 weeks and do it in a holiday card? Is waiting until she's 5-6 weeks old too late to send out an annoucement? Is it ok to send an announcement in a holiday card?

Definitely never too late. Yes, send it as a holiday card too. That would be very cute!
