My husband's co-worker suggested the book 'Baby Bargains' to us and I'm so glad that we bought it! Its like a consumer reports for baby stuff---its written by the same authors who also wrote Bridal Bargains. It is great!
It 'talks' about everything from baby furtniture, equipment, clothes, toys, maternity weat and much, much more!!!
I guess they've also written a book about 'toddler bargains'---but I'm not at that stage yet!

yes this is a fantastic book. Please everyone- read it b4 you register... They also did a bridal book which I found very very helpful...when we were at that stage.

My sister told me to buy it and I ordered it on line, along with the Toddler Bargains, but I'm still waiting for it to be delivered! Meanwhile, my friend ordered hers 3 days after me, but got hers already!
