(OK, I removed the story b/c the website covers it from the beginning so everyone can just read that and it is directly from Lindsay- Jack's mother)... For those who don't already know, Lindsay and William are very dear friends of ours and also next door neighbors. Their infant is ill and we are hoping for a miracle for this precious child!!! Please see the link below...

**UPDATE**
William's mother called this morning (Jackson's Grandmother) and told us very, very sad news... baby Jackson Riley passed away last night... the family left at around 10:30pm b/c of sheer exhaustion (they planned on returning again early this morning) but God called him home sometime in the middle of the night...

It's just not fair. An innocent child brought into this world by the love of two people. My thoughts and prayers are with them. This made me cry....Danielle you and Vinny need to be there for them everystep of the way. I know you both will be good friends to them. Keep us posted.

OMG- Your story just gave me the chills and brought tears to my eyes. How horrible for your friend and her family. I hope things work out. Do they know why his body was rejecting the liver?

Oh my goodnes, this is a really sad story and I feel terrible for Lindsay and William and Jackson. They are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am sure that Jackson was put on anti-rejection drugs after Lindsay donated part of her liver, right? That is the saddest thing. My FH had a kidney transplant about 2 years ago and thank God, it turned out okay.

I hate hearing about these kinds of things in general but happening to children just really urks me. It's so sad. I know so many children who are sick before they are the age of 2. I don't know what is going on.

Please know once again, they are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm really upset by this. I don't know what to say but I promise that precious baby will be in my prayers- as with his family. I know God doesn't give us anything more than we can handle and I pray that their faith will sustain them through this unimaginable time.

After I realized it was a child you were talking about I just couldn't continue reading the post. I don't know what happened to this child. All I can say is the whole family will be in my prayers tonight. He is just a little angle that must be so missed in heaven. How else do you explain something like this?? I am so so sorry for you, them, the baby, and everyone involved.

That is just heart breaking! The whole family, especially the baby, will be in my prayers. Miracles can happen. I believe that. Hopefully, one will happen here!

OMG. This is so awful. I am so sorry for you, for your friends and for their families. I cannot imagine anything worse than losing a child. Jackson will remain in my prayers.
