My stomach has been making these rumbling and growling sounds but I don't feel hungry. Is this the baby moving?

I'm not sure. I am 18 weeks and haven't felt anything yet. It could be. Hopefully someone who has felt their baby move can help. I was told that it will start out feeling like butterflies in your stomach.

To me, in the beginning, I related the feeling to a twitch. Have you ever had your eyelid move for no reason?? It felt like that to me...but everyone is different! It is quite possibly the baby moving.

It could be. Every women is different. I started with butterflies and then felt larger movements. It was hard to know at first what I was feeling. I say it's the baby and enjoy it!
