I don't know for sure but try Tri-County. They have at least 2 vendors that carry flower girl dresses so maybe they have baby tuxedos too.
There's one vendor that I think is near the escalator to the 2nd floor. If you come in from the back parking lot, she would be to the right of the escalator...maybe not right next to it but close to it. Sorry I havne't been there in awhile.
Try this site. I got my FG dress here and am very happy with it. Kudos to NSGraham for referring them to me.

My mother in law got our 6 month old nephew a little tux at Tri County. I have never been there so I can't tell you where but she went and found one easily- and I know it was not expensvie.
