babysitting websites?

can anyone recommend a good website to post/search profiles for babysitting?

will need someone to come watch 3 little buggers after 8 pm during my wedding - either at the hotel room, or at the reception hall.

i found care.com - anyone know if its reputable?

I know a friend of mine lists herself as a babysitter on sittercity.com. I don't know much about the site, but I know whe is reliable and great with kids.

I used to be on care.com when I was looking for nanny jobs. I had an interview once with someone through it but it's tough to say because I was on the other end of it. I watched someone's son who used that site and did like 10 interviews and then chose me. (She was a friend of my mom's friend)She said mostly everyone she had interviewed seemed okay but was more comfortable using someone that someone she knew had been in contact with before. From what I've heard it's reputable though. I'd definitely suggest meeting whoever it is and allowing them to interact with those kids before the wedding so they can develop some sort of relationship even if it's only a few times. That will give their parents some piece of mind also since they get to see them interact before leaving their precious cargo!

awesome - thanks so much for the input.

will be hard to have the kids meet them, as they're from out of town. am in a real bind for babysitters. mostly everyone we know will be a guest at the wedding. normally i wouldnt bother looking into it, but the kids are in my bridal party and are family.

oh well! on we go!
