Bach Party Help!

I'm thinking of renting a house in South Hampton for my Bachelorette party. I'm thinking we could do a day of wine tasting and then go out at night. But where do we go?!

I have no idea what the nightlife is like out there. Any suggestions? Anywhere other than SouthHampton we should stay?
