I think I want to stay local. I was thinking dinner and dancing, maybe? I hate going into the city...I feel like waiting for the trains are such a hassle. I'd rather just stay on the island.
Any suggestions?

Re: bach party ideas.
Hamptons are always fun. Lots of restaurants have dinner and dancing in the summer. North Fork is also a good idea...wineries and then go out. You could stay in Greenport and go to Claudios at night

fire island was AWESOME we did it for my sisters bach party and had a blast! We rented a house for the weekend... the beach is right there, the bars are down the block.. we all shared the cost of food and barbequed one day... it was a great weekend!!! HTH!

I hate the train too!! Maybe take a limo into the city ( it shouldn't be too much if you all split it), or consider a wine tour out east.... thats what we are doing :) We are going out to the hamptons on a Friday night staying over night, vineyards on Saturday all day followed by a cooking class , and then a spa day on Sunday! I am super excited for it as I am not into the typical Bach parties!!
