Bach Party Vent

I'm kind of upset with my girlfriends right now. One of my BM sent out the evite for my bach party a while ago, and I figured we would end up with about 10-15 girls. We booked a house in FI for the weekend, which I already paid the deposit for.

Well so far only 5 of my friends are coming. A lot of the girls had some excuse why they can't go, or 'might' be able to come, and the rest just haven't even responded. I get that most of them are married, and two of them each have a kid so it's hard for them. But hello people - I went out and celebrated your bachelorette parties with you (and spent a lot of money on them). At least respond!

i had the same exact problem when i had to plan our Bparty.
since alot of the people already had kids, that is the only reason we decided on a joint party so you would only have to get baby sitting for the one night and people complained till they were blue in the face. about where we were going and how much everything was, never mind that when we went to theirs we spent double what they will spend on us. so unfair.

ugh thats horrible! Im sorry!

I wish I could!!! I would totally do this if June wasn't packed with other people's bachelorette parties (that i'm going to, of course) and weddings.


I'm sure it will work out for you!!! We can always grab a drink and celebrate!!!
