Bachelor Party suggestions?

Hey guys! So here is the situation,
a bunch of our friends are getting married and they all decided to do one big Bachelor party for the 4 of them (including my FH) to Argentina and Brazil a couple of months ago. My FH ended up not going cause of $$ problems and still did not go when i offered to pay half of it. Back in May he went away to Vancouver with a couple of his friends cause it was his friends bday and he said he would pretend its like his bachelor party or something. he had a good time.

now he says he really wants a bachelor party and that he is kinda upset he is not going to really have one.(now he does not see that Vancouver trip as a bachelor party). His brother is the best man and should have planned something but it does not seem like he is going to, he has too much going on and is not really the type of person to do something for someone....

so very last minute, i am trying to come up with some kind of plan and find out if any of his friends could go.

next week... august 2nd-august 4th (cause we have an event every weekend after that)
i was thinking Hamptons..Miami..Vegas..AC? i dont know! ANY SUGGESTIONS??

(i went on mine so its not fair if he doesn't go on one...i know how much he really wants it.)

I don't know how big a beer drinker your FH is, but mine LOVES beer - loves the different ones, the different flavors.

His BP is going to be at Eulogy in Philadelphia. They have a beer menu that is 6 pages long. They have EVERY belgian beer from anywhere in the world & they serve it to you in the proper glass. Who knew different types of beer were to be enjoyed in different glasses????

That's where he's going - and then they 'll hit some other bars in Philly...

Just wanted to throw that out there. We did it recently for his birthday & had such an amazing time he wants to do it for his BP..

HTH!!

Re: Bachelor Party suggestions?

It could be kind of late to do a destination bachelor party, but then again they can get great deals. My friends have done:

- Myrtle Beach
- Outer Banks (North Carolina)
- Vegas
- Fort Lauderdale
- Miami
- New Orleans

For local trips
- Atlantic City
- Bar crawl or just a night around Manhattan
- Fire Island
- Hamptons

If he went away to college, maybe they can make a trip to his alma mater?

My FH went to a bachelor party @ mohegan sun and they stayed @ a hotel that was close to the casino and there was a free shuttle all night long to the casino. They spent the weekend playing golf, seeing a boxing match and gambling. NYC is always good as well and I can give you ten thousand suggestions of restaurants because I live in the city! If they are big steak eaters there is STK in the meatpacking district, Craftsteak or Delfriscos.

vegas is great but it is kind of short notice for everyone and so is miami.

I would go with either the hamptons or AC. Theres alot to do in the hamptons now, they can go to studio on fri, sat go to neptunes then later theres white house and the star room, sunday-BOARDY BARN!!! that is a must

AC-theres also alot to do, the borgata has clubs such as murmur and in the mixx which are pretty good, plus theres gambling...alot of restaurants and theres also nikki beach

First - you're a GREAT future wife!!!

Second, you can potentially get an AWESOME deal with Vegas/Miami on priceline.com. I would not do priceline for a flight, b/c it gives you zero control over the time the flight departs, but for hotels it is AWESOME. I used it in Miami and got a room at a ridiculous 4 star hotel right on the ocean for $75 per night. I've also done it for VA Beach, Boston, and NYC. I'd highly recommend it, but first check out the flight prices - you can often get a great deal through Jetblue for Vegas. Jetblue doesn't fly into Miami (only Fort Lauderdale) so try Continental out of Newark for Miami (I just did this in May and got $120 round trip).
